I need use table in scrivener but I see that tables are not easy to handle and when I print the table the for example: I write a note, a question, in the right column and a text, an answer in the left column, but when I print the text in the left column is no longer aligned to the text in the right column.
I’m sorry, but I’m not sure I understand the question. I set up a two-column table using the Format -> Table -> Insert Table command, and alignment between adjacent cells seemed to work just fine. Could you post a screenshot or PDF of what you’re seeing, please?

You need to print the table (for ex. in pdf) and alignment go away.
