i want to exchange Scrivener version

yesterday, i bought Scrivener WinOS.
but I received the wrong code. its MacOS version.
Obviously I checked and bought.
and I contacted by email.
But I received an automatic reply.
i want to exchange or refund. how can i do?

If you’ve already emailed them, you should get a response soon about exchanging the license. It’s the holiday period so you may have to wait a couple of days.

In the meantime, download the Windows version if you haven’t already and just use it – it is exactly the same as the paid for version. It should continue to work unregistered for the ‘free period’ of 30 days (of actual use – ie if you only use it once a week, the free period lasts for 30 weeks…).
