I have a document with a number of images, each stored elsewhere in the binder and added to the main document using “Image Linked to Document”. My problem is that this caches a long list of every image inserted, including old versions with the same name. How do I clear this “recently used files” cache ?. I would rather have none than a list of files I most likely never want to insert again ? It persists across closing and restarting Scrivener. See attached screenshot.

Are the images still in the project’s trash folder?
Emptying the trash should remove the items from the list.
