Images and Text Placeholders video tutorial?

Anyone know of a video tutorial on the use of Scrivener’s “Placeholders”? Specifically, I am looking for a walkthrough of Scrivener’s “Images and Text” Placeholders.

Come to think of it, an introduction to placeholders would be a great tutorial vid for L&L to produce and share.
