Import reviewer doc file

Hi,
I’m quite a long-time Scrivener user but never need to understand how it handles imported doc’s. Now I’m in need to import my reviewer’s doc which typically have highlights (in two colors), footnotes and word comments and it’s very important to me that no infos get lost in the process. I’ve search the forum and apparently the best way to import them is converting to rtf. Could you confirm? Users’ best practices on similar workflow are welcome

Yes, that’s definitely the best way. Open up the file in Word and use Save As… to save it as an RTF file, then import the RTF into Scrivener - this will preserve all comments and footnotes, as well as highlights and so on.
