importing rtf with headers

I want to import an rtf word document with three levels of headers. I want to keep that organization in my binder and dont want to have to manually go through the whole document and “split with selection as title” for every new heading and sub-heading in my document.
Is there a way to import into Scrivener so it automatically recogonizes that formatting?
