In one of my Projects, which consists of many documents, the data (number of words etc.) supplied by “Project statistics” are always identical to those supplied for every single document; and in many cases “Document statistics” even remains greyed out in the menu. In my other Projects, however, Statistics seems to work fine. What could this be?
Document statistics is only available when the text view itself has focus, as the doc stats sheet is part of the text view itself.
I’m not sure what you mean by the other part of your question - could you explain a little more?

Do you mean that Project Statistics is reporting say, 65,000 words and when you edit a document and get Document Statistics, it says that specific Document has 65,000 words too?
No, what I mean is that in one of my projects, which consists of a certain number of documents with altogether some thousands of words, the total number of words and characters calculated under Statistics > Project Statistics > Draft remains in both cases 0 (zero). And I don’t understand why.
Are the documents set to be exported but your settings set only to count those that are not set to be exported, or vice versa? Even more obvious (and sorry, but I have to ask), do you actually have anything inside your Draft folder?
