On one card (of 4 in a folder) there’s no text except for the heading.
The synopsis card for this index card has the opening of the document, which is what I want.
The synopsis text appears in the empty index card when I double click on it.
BUT - as soon as I click on another card, the text in the first card disappears again.
The opening sections of the documents are visible in the other 3 cards when the corkboard opens - just this one card playing tricks with me.
Any suggestions?
It sounds as though there may be an invisible character at the beginning of the text (such as a page break character) that is causing this. Try going through the text in the card and deleting the whitespace (spaces between words) and then creating it again. Also put the cursor before the very first character and hit backspace a few times - even though you can’t see anything, something may be there if the text was created from the text of an imported Word document, for instance. If this doesn’t help, zip up the project and send it to support AT literatureandlatte DOT com and I’ll take a look at it.
