First of all sorry for bad english!
My problem is: When editing my project (as eBook format) only the name of the first chapter appears in the index/content. How do I create a content list with all chapter names in it?

You must ensure there is a page break between each section you wish to appear in the contents list. Either use the “Separators” pane of Compile (usually the best option) or the “Page Break Before” option for each document to set this up.
