Inspector Footnotes Text color settings aren't working

While customizing the default dark theme, I’ve stumbled upon a possible bug. To replicate it, one should go to:

Options → Appearance → Textual Marks → Colors → Inspector Footnotes Text

Changing color there does nothing (text color doesn’t change). At the same time Inspector Footnotes Background settings work fine.
