I saw there is interactive tutorial for the forum, but cannot find. Could someone point me to where it is.

The tutorials for the forums can be accessed by sending a suitable message to discobot.

Sadly a feature of Discourse that we have to re-earn that rusted status on each set of forums using it. Here, Discourse itself, and others releated to writing had to go through the same discobot chat.
