For the upcoming iOS version, I’d like to offer my insight on a couple of text input priorities.
Since Scrivener is writing software and on-screen keyboards of iOS devices are particularly clunky for writing (yet the desire to be able to write anywhere with such small devices is so alluring), I suggest that special attention in the design of iOS Scrivener be paid to writers using the Siri voice dictation and Bluetooth keyboards. I foresee these as being the most satisfying methods of entering words long term, so I’d like the authors of Scrivener to consider the on-screen keyboard as a fall-back position when the other two are not available.
