iPad OS app crashing!

Hello,
I downloaded the iPad app two days ago, eager to start using it, but it is CRASHING!
I’m very disturbed by about this since I made my purchase based on the great reviews. Please send a fix asap!!

There is one known crash that can occur if the Dropbox folder connected to the iOS version is deleted, renamed, or moved. It can be corrected by reinstalling the Scrivener app and configuring it for the new location.

If that’s not your situation, could you tell us a little more about what’s happening, please?
