Apologies if this has been asked already. I did do a search but couldn’t find anything to answer this question. I currently have a lot of research in my project and wondered if there was a way of printing out the various documents which are all in text format.

You can print them out one at a time using File > Print Current Document (or you can export them, too, using File > Export > Files…).
(You can print them out all together by loading them into Edit Scrivenings and using Print Current Document from there, too, of course.)
