It has been years since I have seen an update for Scrivener. Is Scrivener for Mac still supported?
The last update to Mac Scrivener was December 15, 2020. You can download it here:

If you are not seeing update notices, the most likely reason is that you are still using Scrivener 2, which indeed has not been updated since 2017, when Scrivener 3 was released. There was an update notice at that time, which I’m guessing you dismissed and have since forgotten.
