Issues opening the program

I can’t seem to get the program to open on my computer. It has originally worked before, no problems (last I used it was in November), but now it won’t open up. It just freezes and I have to use my task manager to ‘end task’. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it into both Program Files folders (regular and x86), but still no change. I’d like to use it again soon. :confused:

Do you happen to have Avast running? It’s recently been causing Scrivener to freeze, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the same issue is affecting Scapple. Try temporarily disabling it or “whitelisting” Scrivener and then launching. (Rebooting might help too.)
