When I open a compiled Courier manuscript in Microsoft Word (2003 or 2007), all the italics come out Oblique, very false looking, and I have to reformat them to italicised Courier. This is no fault of Scrivener but is there any way I can get round this? It’s a little annoying. This happens whether I compile in .rtf or .doc. Or am I missing something here?
