Just an impossible wish. ;)

I would loooooooove to be able to update an online wordcount tracker with my project tracker from Scrivener.
It would so totally rock to see the stats of what progress I’ve made, without having to manually do something like that.
You know, kind of like a chart tracking the actual words written per day.
I doubt that’s possible, but oh God…I’d love it.

(Moved to Wish List forum.)

Oh, I didn’t know there is a wish list forum lol.
Thanks for moving it!

No problem! We welcome even the impossible ones.

Personally, I’d be glad if the word count/word goal info could be exported somehow, maybe as a compile option or just to the copy buffer; I could build a workflow out of that to produce html that could be pasted into a blog entry.

Here is just another voice asking for this feature.
As a PhD student using scrivener I am missing such a feature. Currently I am not happy with the available statistics. The only valuale measure for me in my situation is the ‘Session Target’. After a hard and slowly progressing day of writing it would be great to see an immediate indicator about ones performance. The session target is great but not meant to serve this purpose.

For example, an automatically created csv log file being updated after closing the program would do a great job.
