…to KB, AmberV and the whole Scrivener dev team for implementing forward-referencing as detailed in [this post](https://forum.literatureandlatte.com/t/a-better-way-to-force-sequential-ordering-of-numbered-items/21568/1). Now that I can, I’m using forward referencing pretty much all over the place!

Took me ages to remember how to do urls in these forums!
