KB Shortcut Revision Does Not "Take" in RC5 on Win10

I have set the “Increase Indents” keyboard shortcut to CTRL-ALT-SHFT-I, but it does not function correctly. When I press these four keys, the letter “I” appears in the document I’m editing.The function works fine from the menu pulldowns. The menu does indeed show the KB shortcut to be CTRL-ALT-SHFT-I. Try a different shortcut combination not including the three keys Ctrl+Alt+Shift at the same time. This combination does not work with any shortcut.
