Keeping track of TODOs


I’m writing a workbook with many graphics. But I haven’t done any graphic, yet. I referenced the correct placement by adding a word with an explanation. For example

And at another page

Now I would like to get a list of all lines which starts with “Graphic”.
I can find these mentions in a search bin or similar, but that is not handy enough.

Is there a way to get a list of all my keywords? I would like to know in which document the keyword occurs and what is directly behind it.

The way I do this is sort of thing is to make the text either Comments or Annotations. These can be exported with the File/Export/Comments and Annotations… menu command.
