Keyword Searching brings non-keyword results

Hi. I am trying to figure out how I can narrow my search result to only yield notes that I have labeled as “Being”. I have hundreds of notes with the word “Being” in them but only a fraction of them carry the keyword “Being”. When I change the search field to “keywords” and search, my results are populated with the Keyword notes plus all other uses (non-keyword appearances) of the word Being. Anybody know the way forward for me?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

That doesn’t sound right. When you say you changed the search field to “keywords”, do you mean that you ticked “Keywords” in the search field menu that opens when you click on the triangle next to the magnifying glass? If so, then search should only be returning documents that have “being” in the Keywords. Are you on the latest version of Scrivener (2.2)?

All the best,
Keith
