Laptop suddenly lost my account

So, I have Scrivener on my laptop,my desktop, and my iPad, and when I went to update my files on my laptop, it said Scrivener needed to be updated (fair, I haven’t used the laptop in a while), and when the download finished, I was informed that my trial was over. I tried inputting the key again, but I was told that wasn’t valid.

How can I fix this?
