Hope this is a simple fix… the eBook is already live, PoD book is ready to publish once this is fixed… I don’t want to remove the <$p> and insert a manual number because I’m still doing minor revisions.
The last line of my manually generated ToC for the PoD version of my book has two question marks instead of a page number.
Those question marks means that it can’t find the document that entry links to. When you click on that link in Scrivener, does it open the correct document?
The Copy Special> Copy Documents as Scrivener Links works fine and all links are functional.
The Copy Special> Copy Documents as ToC is the problem… I assume the Compile process updates this last so the document is the correct length. The problem section’s page number should be known at that point…
