Last Text In A Project Single Spaced Instead of Double

I’m having the problem that when I compile in .RTF and open in NeoOffice, the last text of every project is always single spaced even though it is supposed to be double spaced. On the other hand, if I export the same project in .DOC and open in NeoOffice it is properly spaced. It’s a small problem, but somewhat annoying. Is this a Scrivener problem or NeoOffice problem?

Could you send a small sample project to support At literatureandlatte DOT com that demonstrates this, along with instructions on how to reproduce?
