Latest update (3.1.2) messing up compile of inline comments

I just updated to 3.1.2 and have compiled to Word, using same approach as alwasy – ie select relevant docs and compile.

This is a line from a para in Scrivener:
“Hence we readily refer to someone rather than ‘something’ {Wojtyla, 1979, #51766@74 [check ref AH 18/5/19, 4:00 pm]}” …
The […] text is an inline comment

This is what appears in Word:
Hence we readily refer to someone rather than ‘something’ {Wojtyla, 1979, #51766@74<<KMB_CMMTTXT_START_TAG2A607C0A-451B-4E8B-A2A1-9B0005C03113>>check ref AH 18/5/19, 4:00 pm<<KMB_CMMTTXT_END_TAG2A607C0A-451B-4E8B-A2A1-9B0005C03113>>} …
Plus Word also includes an additional inline comment (ie appears in the margin) that is the text from an inline annotation in a completely separate document.

That strange **KMB… etc text seems to appear wherever I have an inline comment.

Appreciate you having a look at this

Thanks

Might be to do with the new converters, which can be switched off /on:
