On converting a project from 1.9.x, Beta 14 crashed. Once converted, however, the project post-crash seems to open and be editable.
No minidump file was found after the crash.
Does the crash occur again when trying to update the backup for the same project
Hmm. I don’t know. I’ve got backup set for auto on exit, and I exited, so I’m guessing not. But I’ll try a manual backup on that and see what happens.
Nada. Everything seems okay, with just that one crash. Not really much in that project, either, oddly, and nothing unusual.
Please, upload or send the crashing project before the conversion to v3 format to tiho at literatureandlatte.com. A copy of your v2 project is created inside the same folder, before the v3 project conversion takes place.
Checked again to make sure it was a crash. Had two other projects loaded, and Scrivener dropped like a rock after conversion. File zipped and sent.
