[LH2925] Double-clicking image works to open Editor if document in Research Folder, but does not work in Draft Folder

I imported an image file (jpg) into the Research Folder. I double-clicked on it and the simplistic editor to allow me to scale or or flip it became visible. Then I dragged that image into a place in a document in the Draft Folder and went to double-click on that copy of it, but it did nothing. I had to open the Image Editor, by right-clicking and then selecting Edit Image. However, using the same project on Mac, double-clicking on it in the Draft Folder is consistent with double-clicking on it in the Research Folder and does open the Image Editor in both cases. (slightly different editors for Research and Draft documents though).
