[LH3051] Beta 14: numbered bulleted list does not show the numbers

I’m creating a numbered bulleted list and there are several options for numbers.

1.2.3
1, 1.1, 1.2, 2, 2.1
1, 1a, 1b

only the first option displays the numbers and the other 2 don’t is this a bug?
