[LH3068] Problem with View->Text Editing->Show Line Numbers

When I select this setting the first time, I can see the line/paragraph numbers fine. After I save the document and return to it, even though the setting is still checked. all I see is a grey box in the upper-left of the text editing pane. If I uncheck and re-check the setting, the line/paragraph numbers return. See screenshot of it not working.

This is latest Windows beta that expires end of July 2018.

Thanks, this has been filed! It looks like an issue that occurs when the editor is wider than the fixed width. Readjusting the editor height or sizing it down (temporarily) so it’s not wider than the fixed with will also make the line numbering ruler reappear.
