Open a window that contains a combobox
Open the combobox by clicking on it
Click elsewhere in the window but not in the combobox
The child window loses focus.
If the child window is modal (Line and Paragraph Spacing), scrivener is replaced by another open application. If not (options) the window disappears, leaving scrivener main window, but the child window is still open in the background.
