[LH3585] Document numbers only shown for documents with a title

Found in 2.9.0.16.

  1. In View / Outliner Columns, select ‘with Numbers’ option.

  2. Create an untitled document with some content.

In the outliner, there is no number next to the untitled document.

A number only appears once the document is given it’s own title.

Is this a bug?
