[LH3603] Heather and footer in pdf compilation sometimes at left, sometimes don't appear

Sometimes my header (<$projecttitle>) and footer (<$p>)don’t appear in the pdf compilation, or I put in middle position or right, and appear at left EVER (when it appears).
