[LH4659] Plain text scratchpad notes do not change text colors

So, perhaps it’s a design choice, but on the Scratchpad, there don’t seem to be preferences for setting the background and foreground colors of the list of all notes currently in the Scratchpad . So:

How about adding that ability to a future RC?

Scratchpad notes text and background color can be changed. Check File > Options > Appearance > Scratchpad > Colors.
Unfortunately I spotted a bug which does not use these colors if you use plain text Scratchpad notes(*.TXT). The colors work as expected when using RTF Scratchpad notes.

I’ve just added emphasis to my original note. Check the image. It isn’t the note I’m asking about changing the colors for, it’s the list of notes above each individual note.
