File > New Project > Blank > Create…

Project > Add New Test > Add New Test…

Synopsis > Change Label for Documtnts…

View > Use Label Color In > Activate (Binder; Icons; Index Cards; Outliner Rows; Show as Background Color in Binder).

View > Outline > Activate (Show Subdocument Counts In Binder).

Window > Layouts > Manage Layouts > Layout Manager > Add Layout “Test” > Activate (Save outliner and corkboard settings; Preserve all metadata appearance options).

File > Close Project.

File > New Project > Blank > Create…

Window > Layouts > Manage Layouts > Layout Manager > Use Layout “Test”.

If you look at the “View > Use Label Color In; View > Outline” the settings (Binder; Icons; Index Cards; Outliner Rows; Show as Background Color in Binder and Show Subdocument Counts In Binder) have been applied.

BUT NOTHING WORKS IN THE BINDER!!!

Please, fix!!!

Let me slighly rephrase this.

While the settings SEEM to be set, they do not work on loading a layout. In particular, once I’ve loaded a layout that includes “use label color as background color in binder” (or any of the “label color in binder” series of settings), that setting shows that it is set, but IS NOT. I have to turn it off and then on to have that work.

Not sure what’s broken, but since only two sets of settings are involved… it’s either layout (which I’d guess, since turning off and on works) or “use label color in…” (which seems to be working, but except for flipping the check box on, ignores a loaded layout).

This has been fixed and will be available in the next update. Thanks!
