[LH4891] RC18: keyboard shortcut for typewriter scrolling not working

Ctrl+G, Ctrl+T doesn’t toggle typewriter scrolling. The menu View > Text Editing > Typewriter Scrolling does, and adding an icon on the main toolbar does. Yes, I’m doing Ctrl-down, T, G, Ctrl-up. This has been broken since ??RC16.

Thanks! Phil

You have the order backward, should be Ctrl-down, G, T, Ctrl-up - assuming you are still using the Windows Scrivener Legacy shortcut theme. That however does not work either. If you are using the new Windows Scrivener (default) shortcut theme, it would be Win+Ctrl+T. Not sure if that is working or not. The toolbar icon doesn’t change either way with the shortcut keys.

Thanks, this has been fixed and will be available in the next update.

Awesome! Thanks, Tiho!

Oops, typo; I meant G, T.
You alerted me to the fact that I was not using the Scrivener for Windows 3 bindings, but earlier ones that must come from installing the beta way back. Now I have to decide whether to switch to the new bindings and get my fingers to relearn. Darn!
