[LH743] Beta v22 bug or lack of functionality? Importing comments from Word

I have a Word document that has Comments in it:

When I import it into Mac Scriv 3, it imports the Comments as actual Comments, viewable in the Inspector’s Comments tab:

When I import it into Win Scriv Beta v22 (and also into Win Scriv v1, latest release), it imports the Comments as Inline Annotations:

Is this a bug, or is this just a difference in functionality that won’t be changed in Scriv 3 for Win?

This is a feature that has not yet been implemented. I do not know if this will be implemented at release or in a later update.
