License Scrivener 3.x

Hello,
on 16.08. i bought a license for scriverner 3 as an update via the inapp purchase. After PayPal didn’t work I paid with my Visa card. The money has been debited, but I haven’t received a license yet. I wrote at sales@literatureandlatte.com, nobody answered. This makes me sad and I don’t want to be sad.
Could you please check the process and please send me either the license or the money.

Look in your email’s spam folder. (You should at least have received an auto-response email almost immediately.)
If you have got nothing there, try again.
But one way or another, license issues are never handled through the forum. (Too much sensible info involved.)

As Vincent_Vincent said, we do not address licensing issues via the forum. But, if you did not receive the auto-response email, then we likely did not receive your help ticket.
