I use plain text format to export to TeX and to epub. In PDF-Export (TeX2PDF) direct links in endnotes are clickable in the PDF.
In the epub format, in the notes the links are printed, but are not clickable.
What to do, to make them clickable?
Plain text does not encode URLs etc. If you need more than one output format, Pandoc is the best bet. You can use the native link function in Scrivener, using multimarkdown compile gets converted to a markdown link and then Pandoc will convert that to the correct TeX and HTML…
