List line spacing doesn't equal to paragraph spacing

The line spacing in list is larger than the value in paragraph setting, how to fix that？

You must have a few points spacing set between paragraphs. The bullet points are necessarily paragraphs, so they are applying that spacing. I you click on the line spacing icon in the format bar and choose "Other, you will see. Here are my settings:

The paragraph setting in the upper paragraph and lower list is the same, I’m sure paragraph spacing is 0.
