Look inside messed up in Amazon

I use Scrivener to write and compile my book. I compile to .mobi and that all works fine, but for some reason the look inside on amazon is all wrong. The book however looks correct on kindle devices and apps.

Something I’m wondering might of caused it, is that I copied the text chapter by chapter from word into Scrivener, using Paste, rather than paste and match style because when I did that I lost all my italics, so I just used paste and that kept everything the same as it looked in Word.

Like I say it looks completely fine on the kindle/app it’s just the look inside that is wrong.

Here’s the link to the book amazon.com/dp/B07452R3JV

I tried uploading a epub of the same file, but the Amazon uploader rejected it saying it was corrupt. This is after I had tested it with my desktop previewer.

It’s not really a Scrivener problem. There are several threads about this, if you Search the forum. Here is one…

Do you know if the issue will be fixed in Scrivener 3.0?

I have no idea if Scriv 3 will change anything, as it is an Amazon problem, not Scrivener.

Unless, of course, Lit and Latte buys Amazon.

No thanks!

Yes, this will be fixed in 3.0, as noted here.
