Losing Scriptwriting settings updating to 2.0.1

Hi, when updating an old project into 2.0.1, I seem to have lost all the script settings - all the elements have defaulted to a general text format… rulers seem to have been retained but font settings all different.

Is there an easy way to update projects into the new script formats?
