I have found that when I export to MS Word, all italics are lost. This happens regardless of whether the ‘As is’ box for the document is checked or not. I’m using a standard font - Geneva. I’m at a loss. How can I diagnose this and what can I do about it?
I don’t know if this is relevant, but I created a 5-word document in Geneva, with the middle word in italic. I exported it as .docx and found when I opened it in TextEdit that not only the middle word, but also the 2 following words were in italic. Is this a general Geneva problem?
