I accidentally deleted the text in a document in Scrivener’s draft folder. I tried undo, Nothing. I tried reverting to a backup. Too old. Is there any other way to recover what I mistakenly deleted?

If you deleted the entire document, you’ll find it in the project Trash.
If you just deleted the text and Undo didn’t work, your best alternatives are Scrivener’s automatic backups, a Time Machine volume if you have one, or older versions that might be stored with a cloud service.
If you also use Scrivener on another device, DO NOT synchronize that device. Disconnect it from the internet if you have to, but check to see if it has a version that would be helpful before you allow it to synchronize.
