Scrivener is included in MacHeist Bundle 4 (macheist.com). I already own a license for Scrivener Mac, can the license I receive in this bundle be used to activate a Scrivener on Windows?
Until such a time as we participate in a hypothetical WinHeist, I’m afraid not. 
The terms of the bundle are very precise, and it includes only Mac software, that’s always been the big thing with that particular outfit: highlight Mac developers and promoting charities.

same question here, from a regular Scrivener user (Mac version): can I buy the bundle and give/sell the Scrivener license to a Mac user friend/colleague?

Giovanni, this is a strong bundle and a tremendous bargain at $29. The obvious solution is to have your friend buy his own MacHeist bundle. Carpe diem – you’ve got four diems left on this deal.
