making whole file uniform

This is driving me crazy:
I have pulled a number of documents into Scrivener and am trying to edit them into one project. Because they were written at different times, there are a variety of fonts and spacings within one file. To make it easier to work with, I want to make the whole file one font, with one set of interlinear and between paragraphs spacing. So far, the only way I have been able to do that is by highlighting a section and then changing the formatting to what I want. This can take an hour for a large file. Is there any way to make everything within a file uniform?

Select the files in the binder and go to Documents->Convert->Formatting to Default Text Style…

This will set those documents to font and paragraph settings found in Tools->Options->Editor

Note that if you don’t like the font, the blue A is a button you click to choose a different, preferred font & font size.

 Thank you!
