Managing Projects

Spent some time looking but I don’t see any easy way to manage projects. I’ve moved several projects into Scrivener and I am looking for a view that allows management of projects without having them open up. I’d also like this to be the default view for when I open the programme. Does this exist?

It might help to read the introduction to what a project is, in the user manual, chapter 7, Project Management. Simply put, Scrivener is a document-based program, like Word, Preview, Photoshop and TextEdit. You make files with it (projects in this case), save them, organise them on your disk into folders, tags or whatever you prefer, using whatever tools and systems you like. Some people use Finder, some use launch utilities like QuickSilver or LaunchBar, others store their projects in more complicated systems such as a DEVONthink database.
