When I click on my manuscript folder, it comes up with grayed out “Draft Folder.” All my chapter subfolders remain separated like normal. How can I get all my chapters to appear in my manuscript folder again?
This is probably a dumb question, but have you tried dragging things around to your liking? A screenshot could be helpful.
Agree and image of your Binder would be helpful and state your system as well and version.
Tried to drag chapter 1 into the Manuscript folder, and all it did was move chapter 1 to the bottom!

My hubby fixed it! All he did was click on the corkboard then back on the composite button, and it appeared! Thanks for the help!

That’s pretty much how I ever fix stuff for my wife. She thinks I know what I’m doing!

Thereby revealing that the underlying problem was simply that you weren’t in Scrivenings mode. For future reference, the View → Scrivenings command is another solution.
If you haven’t already, I’d recommend taking a look at our Interactive Tutorial, available from the Help menu. It’s a good overview of fundamental operations like this.
