Menu bar tabs and down arrows no longer work in the Editor. The Format bar presets are not opening any more.
These problems happened when I was trying to open the presents. Couldn’t open the presents, with them flashing momentarily on the screen and then off.
Should I uninstall and reinstall to see if that corrects the problem?
