Minor suggestion: put Format Options in View Menu

Hi. Just a few minor comments/suggestions:

I feel that the Options submenu of the Format menu more logically belongs in the View menu. I always forget where those options are and I initially search through all the submenus in the View menu first. I think the View menu makes more sense since those Options are for showing what appears on the screen.

I think a side problem is that the View menu is already quite full. But I think maybe some of the submenus in the View menu could go elsewhere. I don’t have a specific suggestion of where some of them should go, but maybe Scrivener needs an additional menu so that the View menu is more focused.

In fact, all of this has been done for the next major version (which won’t be seeing the light of day for a good while yet, though!). A new “Navigate” menu has allowed us to tidy up the menus quite a bit.
